SCOTT JUSTICE graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School and received his B.A. in history and political science from Carson-Newman College. He is a native of Jefferson City, Tennessee, and graduated from Jefferson County High School. During Law School he worked in the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic helping victims with their legal matters. He remains active in this area of law and devotes a portion of his practice to aiding victims of domestic violence with their legal needs. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Knoxville Bar Association, and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
